What it returns
Building permits from the official open-data portals of six major US cities, normalised into one schema.
City, permit number, permit type, work type, description, status, address, ZIP, applied, issued, expiry and completion dates, declared project value, contractor or applicant, owner (New York), neighborhood, square footage (Los Angeles), coordinates and a source link where published. Newest first.
Common uses
Contractor and home-services lead generation, solar and roofing prospecting, construction market research, real-estate and development tracking. Pay per permit.

POST https://api.pushbuild.com/city-building-permits/run with a JSON body. Send your key in the X-API-Key header.
