What it returns
Public meetings of US state boards, commissions, councils, task forces and advisory committees, taken from each state's official statewide open-meeting portal and rebuilt daily. One search covers them all: medical and licensing boards, Medicaid and public-health advisory committees, newborn-screening and rare-disease councils, and every other public body that posts to the portal.
States covered: Oregon (data.oregon.gov), Missouri (data.mo.gov), Wisconsin (publicmeetings.wi.gov), Delaware (publicmeetings.delaware.gov), Alaska (Online Public Notices; meetings and regulation notices), Utah (Public Notice Website, upcoming), Connecticut (State Agency Public Meeting Calendar).
id (stable), state, source, sourceId, agency, body, title, noticeType, meetingType, status, startTime and endTime (local time), timezone, location, virtualUrl, phone, agendaUrl, minutesUrl, recordingUrl, materials (document links found in the notice), website, publicComment, commentDeadline, registrationDeadline (parsed from the notice text), contact, details (agenda or notice text), published, url, firstSeen, updatedAt (date the meeting was first seen or last changed).

hasAgenda | boolean | Only meetings with an agenda or materials link. Default: false. |
hasMinutes | boolean | Only meetings with a minutes link. Default: false. |
excludeCancelled | boolean | Drop meetings marked cancelled. Default: false. |
sort | string: latest, soonest, updated | latest = newest meeting date first. Default: "latest". |
groupBy | string: state, agency, body, month | Return counts instead of meetings. |
dataset | string: meetings, sources, postings, postingSources | meetings (portal meetings), postings (agenda, minutes, notice and bulletin links found on state health board, advisory council and Medicaid pages), sources / postingSources (per-source health). Default: "meetings". |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
docTypes | list of strings | postings only: agenda, minutes, materials, recording, hearing, rule, bulletin, meeting, notice, document. |
documentsOnly | boolean | postings only: only PDF, Word, PowerPoint or Excel links. Default: false. |
