Track federal legislation as it is introduced and moves through Congress, from the official GovInfo Bill Status data (the same data behind Congress.gov).
`billId`, `congress`, `billType`, `number`, `title`, `introducedDate`, `originChamber`, `status` (Introduced, Reported by committee, Passed House/Senate/both chambers, Presented to President, Became law), `sponsor`, `sponsorParty`, `sponsorState`, `cosponsorsCount`, `committees`, `policyArea`, `subjects`, `latestActionDate`, `latestAction`, `actionsCount`, `laws`, `committeeReports`, `cboCostEstimates`, `summary` (CRS), `updateDate`, `url` (Congress.gov).

sponsorState | string | Two-letter state of the primary sponsor, e.g. TX. |
statuses | list of strings | Only bills at these stages. Empty = all. |
maxItems | integer | Maximum items to return (1-500). Default: 100. |
