What it returns
Every business registered with the state, straight from the official open-data registries of **New York, Colorado, Oregon, Connecticut and Texas**. Search a company by name, or pull every new LLC and corporation registered since a date, which is a daily lead list of brand-new businesses with their address and registered agent.
`state`, `entityId` (state file number), `name`, `entityType`, `status`, `registered` (formation or registration date), `jurisdiction` (state of formation), `address`, `city`, `addressState`, `zip`, `agent` (registered agent), plus `county` and `principal` (NY), `naics` and `email` (CT, where the business provided them), `sosFileNumber` (TX), and a link to the source dataset.
