Sound familiar?
What towing companies tell us before a project starts.
- Dispatch runs on phone calls and a radio, and the details get written on whatever is nearby.
- Motor club and police rotation calls come in different ways and have to be keyed in by hand.
- Customers call again to ask where the truck is.
- Impound and storage records live on paper and a spreadsheet.
- Invoicing the motor clubs takes days and some of it never gets billed.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Missed call to job
Example: a tow company misses calls while all trucks are out. The caller gets a text asking for location and vehicle, and the answer creates a job for dispatch.
Twilio, form, dispatch toolExample project
Unbilled job check
Example: a towing company compares completed dispatch records with sent invoices each week and lists jobs that have not been billed, by account.
Dispatch export, Google Sheets, QuickBooksExample project
Impound release reminders
Example: a lot with stored vehicles wants an alert as each reaches a set number of days, so the owner is contacted and the paperwork starts on time.
Airtable, email, SMSQuestions people ask first
Do we have to switch software?
No. Most of the work is connecting your dispatch software to the tools around it. If something can't do what you need, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.
Can it work with our dispatch software?
Often. It depends on what the product allows, such as its integrations, exports and notifications. We check first and the scope says what can be connected.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
