Pushbuild

Software that keeps a loan officer's leads, documents and borrowers moving.

We connect the tools a mortgage office already runs on, so a new inquiry gets a reply fast, borrowers are reminded about the documents still missing, and the pipeline is something you can read in a minute. Sensitive loan files stay in the systems set up for them. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What mortgage brokers and loan officers tell us before a project starts.

  • Leads come from ads, referrals and a rate-quote form, and nobody knows who has been called.
  • We email borrowers for the same pay stub three times before it arrives.
  • Realtors keep asking where their buyer's file stands, and we answer one call at a time.
  • Past clients are a goldmine, but we only remember them when a rate drops.
  • The pipeline lives in the loan system, a spreadsheet and my head.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Fast reply to new inquiries

Every web, ad and referral lead gets a text and an email within minutes, an owner, and a follow-up sequence that stops when the borrower answers or books a call.

GoHighLevel setup CRM setup and lead pipelines

Document chasing

A checklist per loan with automatic reminders for what is still missing, sent by text or email, and a short list for the processor of who is overdue.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Status updates for borrowers and agents

Milestone changes in your pipeline turn into a short plain message to the borrower and, if you choose, the referring agent, so fewer calls start with where are we.

API integrations and data sync

Past-client and rate-watch follow-up

Closed borrowers grouped by loan date and rate, with reminders at the anniversary or when a refinance conversation makes sense.

Reading documents into a checklist

Incoming statements and forms read for the basic fields and matched to the right loan for a person to check, with the files kept where you already store them.

PDF and document data extraction

One view of the pipeline

Leads, applications, locks and closings by loan officer and by referral source, on one page you check each morning.

Dashboards and reporting

Mortgage software we work with: Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, Floify, Total Expert, Calyx.

And the general tools around it: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Calendly, DocuSign, Zapier, Make.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Lead to booked call

Example: a broker who buys leads from ads wants each one texted within a minute, assigned in turn to the team, and chased for a week unless the borrower books a call.

GoHighLevel workflows, SMS, shared calendars

Example project

Missing-document reminders

Example: a processor keeps a list of what each borrower still owes. Reminders go out every few days by text, and the list updates when a file arrives in the shared folder.

Email, a document checklist, Google Drive

Example project

Agent update after each milestone

Example: a loan officer wants the referring agent to get a one-line note when the appraisal is in or the loan clears, drawn from the pipeline status and checked by the officer before it goes.

Questions people ask first

Do we have to switch loan systems?

No. Most of the work is connecting the system you already use to the tools around it. If something cannot connect, we say so in the scope and lay out the options first.

Where does borrower data go?

Loan files and personal financial data stay in the systems set up for them. We build around that and only move what a reminder or a status message needs, and we agree that list with you in writing.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.

How do we start?
