Pushbuild

DocuSign automation that sends, files and chases without anyone babysitting it.

DocuSign handles the signing. The slow parts are around it: filling the envelope from a deal, working out who still has not signed, and getting the finished copy to the right folder and record. DocuSign has a REST API and Connect, its webhook-style notification service, and it also connects through Zapier. We use those to join DocuSign to the tools your team already works in. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What teams that send contracts through DocuSign tell us before a project starts.

  • We retype the client's name, address and terms into DocuSign after they are already in our CRM.
  • Someone checks every morning to see which envelopes are still waiting.
  • Signed copies sit in email until somebody saves them to the right folder.
  • A contract is signed and nobody tells the person who has to start the work.
  • Each template has slightly different fields, and mistakes slip through.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Envelopes sent from the deal

When a deal reaches the right stage, the envelope is created from the matching template with the name, address and terms filled in, and sent for your review or straight out.

API integrations and data sync CRM setup and lead pipelines

Signed copies filed automatically

Completed documents saved to the right client folder with a consistent name, and a link added to the record so anyone can find them.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Chasing unsigned envelopes

A daily list of envelopes waiting more than a few days, with a polite reminder to the signer and a note to the person who owns the deal.

Hand-off after signing

The moment a document is completed, the next step starts: a project is opened, the invoice is created, the team is told in chat.

API integrations and data sync

Data out of signed documents

Key terms and dates read from completed agreements into a sheet or database, so renewals and obligations are not buried in PDFs.

PDF and document data extraction

Contract status in one place

Sent, viewed, signed and declined by client and by owner, on one page the team can check.

Example: a small agency wants an engagement letter sent as soon as a deal moves to Won, filled from the CRM, with the sales owner copied on it.

DocuSign API, HubSpot, n8n

Example project

Signed agreement to folder and project

Example: a mortgage broker receives signed disclosures by email. Each completed envelope is saved under the borrower's folder and the processor is told it is ready.

DocuSign Connect, Google Drive, Slack

Example project

Renewal dates from contracts

Example: a property firm wants the end date and notice period of each signed lease listed in one sheet, with a reminder ahead of each deadline.

Questions people ask first

Does DocuSign have an API?

Yes. DocuSign has a REST API and Connect for notifications when an envelope changes. Which features you can use depends on your plan, and we check that early.

Do we have to change our templates?

Usually not. We work from the templates you have and note any small changes that would make the automation more reliable.

Can it work without code on our side?

Yes. Most of it runs in the background once set up. You get plain notes on how it works so your team can adjust it.
