Sound familiar?
What online stores using Gorgias tell us before a project starts.
- Agents click back and forth between Gorgias and the shop to answer where an order is.
- Return and exchange requests need five manual steps.
- Tickets about the same few questions fill the queue.
- We want shipping delays to reach customers before they write in.
- Support numbers live in Gorgias and sales numbers elsewhere.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Delay notice before the ticket
Example: a store wants customers with late parcels sent a short message and a ticket tag, so the queue does not fill with where-is-my-order questions.
Carrier data, Gorgias, ShopifyExample project
Return request flow
Example: a clothing store wants a customer to choose items and a reason on a form, and the return label and refund task created for the agent to approve.
Form, Shopify, GorgiasExample project
Topics by product
Example: a store owner wants a monthly sheet showing ticket topics by product so product pages and packaging can be improved.
Gorgias, Google SheetsQuestions people ask first
Can Gorgias be connected to other tools?
Yes. Gorgias has a REST API and HTTP integrations that send ticket events to a URL you choose, and it connects to Shopify and other store tools. Which options your plan includes varies, so we check that first and write it into the scope.
Do we have to change our helpdesk?
No. We work with your current Gorgias setup, and if a change to rules is needed we agree it with you first.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.
