Sound familiar?
What law firms on MyCase tell us before a project starts.
- New clients fill in a form and then we enter the same details into MyCase by hand.
- Clients email documents to whoever they know, and they never reach the case.
- We answer the same "what is happening with my case" call every week.
- Court dates and deadlines get copied between MyCase and personal calendars.
- Invoices go out late because billing is a job we do when things calm down.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Intake without double entry
Inquiries from your website, phone log or email are captured once, checked, and passed into MyCase as a new client and case.
API integrations and data sync CRM setup and lead pipelinesDocument collection
A simple way for clients to send what you need, with each file named and saved to the right case and a note when something is still missing.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationClient status updates
A plain-language message goes out when a case reaches a set step, so clients hear from you before they have to ask.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationCalendar and deadline copies
Deadlines and hearings kept in step with the calendars attorneys actually look at, with a reminder ahead of each one.
Google Sheets and Apps Script automation API integrations and data syncBilling follow-up
Unpaid invoices listed by age with a reminder to the client and a weekly list for whoever handles billing.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationCaseload view
Open cases by type, attorney and stage on one page, built from your MyCase exports.
Dashboards and reportingWhat we connect it to: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Zapier, Make.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Web form to new client
Example: a solo immigration attorney takes inquiries through a contact form. Each one is logged, the client receives a short intake questionnaire, and the answers are ready for the attorney to review before being added as a new client.
Web form, email, Google SheetsExample project
Missing-document reminders
Example: a small personal injury firm needs the same six documents from every client. A checklist tracks what has arrived and a reminder goes to the client every few days until it is complete.
Gmail, Google Drive, Apps ScriptExample project
Weekly caseload report
Example: a three-attorney firm exports its open cases each week. The export is read into a page that shows cases by stage and attorney, so the Monday meeting starts from the same numbers.
CSV export, Python, dashboardQuestions people ask first
Do we have to leave MyCase?
No. MyCase stays your system of record. We connect the things around it and leave the way you manage cases alone.
Can you connect to MyCase directly?
It depends on your plan and what MyCase exposes. We check that first. Where there is no direct route, we work through the integrations it supports, its exports or its email notifications, and we say which in the scope.
What about client confidentiality?
We build in your own accounts and only with the access you give us. Client details stay in systems set up for them, and we agree with you where each kind of data may go before we build.
