Sound familiar?
What law firms tell us before a project starts.
- Intake calls and forms leave us with half the information we need.
- Consultation booking goes back and forth by email.
- Documents get saved wherever the last person was working.
- Deadlines and follow-ups live in several people's heads and calendars.
- Our case management software does not do the one thing we need.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Example: a small firm wants the engagement letter filled from the intake answers and sent for review, then for signature, with the signed copy filed to the matter.
Google Docs, e-signature, DriveExample project

CRM export, Google Sheets, dashboardQuestions people ask first
Can you work with Clio or our practice software?
If it has an API or integrations, yes. We use what it offers and tell you where it falls short.
What about client confidentiality?
We build in your own accounts, limit access to the people who need it, and keep privileged material in the systems your firm has chosen for it. Your firm decides what goes where.
Does it replace our staff?
No. It removes the copying and chasing so your staff spend time on clients.
How do we start?
Tell us your practice software and the step that costs the most time. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
