Pushbuild

Procore data pulled into the logs and reports you need.

We use Procore's developer tools to build what the standard screens do not: document logs with metadata, cross-project reports, and links to accounting and other systems. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What contractors and owners on Procore tell us before a project starts.

  • We need every document on the project logged in one database, with dates and metadata.
  • Reports have to be pulled from several projects and combined by hand.
  • New drawings and submittals appear and nobody is told.
  • Cost data lives in Procore and the finance team works in another tool.
  • Our owner wants a timeline of the project built from what's in Procore.

Questions people ask first

Do we have to change how we use Procore?

No. We work around the way your office already uses it. If something you want can't be done from outside the software, we say so in the written scope before anything starts.

Can you connect Procore to our other tools?

Yes. Procore has a REST API and webhooks, and we use them where your company account allows. Webhook delivery is not guaranteed, so we also run a regular sync that fills any gap.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.

How do we start?

Tell us what you use around Procore and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
