Pushbuild

Typeform answers sent where they are used, the moment they arrive.

We connect Typeform to what happens after someone hits submit: the contact is created, the answers are scored or sorted, the right person is told, and the person who filled it in gets a sensible reply. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What teams collecting answers with Typeform tell us before a project starts.

  • Responses sit in Typeform and someone copies them out each week.
  • We want to score or sort answers and can't do it inside the form.
  • The sales team never sees a lead until I forward the email.
  • I need the answers in a branded PDF or a proposal.
  • Forms exist in three places and nobody knows which is current.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Responses into the CRM

Each completed response creates or updates a contact and deal, with the answers mapped to the right fields.

CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data sync

Scoring and routing

A qualifying score worked out from the answers, with high scores sent to a rep and the rest to a nurture sequence.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Answers into a document

A quote, report or summary PDF built from the response and sent to the person who filled it in.

Python scripts and utilities Google Sheets and Apps Script automation

Hidden fields and source tracking

Campaign and page details carried through the form so you know where each response came from.

API integrations and data sync

Responses into a sheet or database

Every response stored in Google Sheets or Airtable, with one row per person and no duplicates.

Notion and Airtable systems ETL and data pipelines

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Questions people ask first

Does Typeform allow outside connections?

Yes. Typeform has a Webhooks API that sends each response to your URL as it arrives, and a Responses API for reading them later. It also connects through tools like Zapier.

What if a delivery fails?

We build a check that compares what Typeform holds with what arrived, so a missed response is found and filled in, not lost.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.

How do we start?
