Sound familiar?
What community owners on Skool tell us before a project starts.
- New members join and I copy their details into my email tool by hand.
- I can't tell which members are about to leave until they already have.
- Payments are in Stripe, members are in Skool and the two never match up.
- Onboarding is me sending the same direct message every day.
- I want my sales page, my calendar and my community to talk to each other.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
New members into your CRM or email tool
Each new member added to your email list or CRM with a tag for the group and plan they joined, using the connections Skool supports and the payment records you already have.
CRM setup and lead pipelines n8n, Make and Zapier automationPayments matched to members
Stripe payments and cancellations matched against your member list so you can see who is paid up, late or gone.
Stripe integration and billing API integrations and data syncA welcome sequence outside the feed
A short run of emails or texts for new members with the links, calendar and first task, so you stop sending the same message by hand.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationEngagement and churn watch
A simple view of who joined, who has gone quiet and who is on a plan about to renew, built from what Skool and your payment tool can export.
Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelinesSales page to community
Application forms, calendar bookings and checkout steps joined up so someone who books a call and pays ends up in the right group.
Booking and scheduling systems API integrations and data syncRecords outside Skool
A sheet or Airtable base holding member notes, plans and follow-ups that Skool itself does not keep.
Notion and Airtable systemsWhat we connect it to: Stripe, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Calendly, Typeform, Mailchimp.
Industries that use it: Online courses, Coaches and consultants.
Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Welcome and tag
Example: a community owner wants each paid member added to the email list with a tag for their plan and sent a three-message welcome sequence.
Stripe, Zapier, email toolExample project
Paid versus listed
Example: a creator wants a weekly sheet comparing active Stripe subscribers to the member list so refunds and cancellations are caught.
Stripe, Google SheetsExample project
Call booked, then invited
Example: a coach who sells by application wants anyone who books and pays to receive their community link and a reminder to post an intro.
Typeform, Calendly, Stripe, emailQuestions people ask first
Does Skool have an open API?
Skool does not publish a public developer API that we can rely on. Where a connection is supported, such as through your payment tool or Zapier on a plan that includes it, we use that, and we say plainly in the scope what can and cannot be linked.
Will it break if Skool changes something?
We build on the connections Skool and your payment tool support, not on workarounds that can disappear. If one route is shaky, we tell you before you rely on it.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.
How do we start?
Tell us what you use around Skool and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
