Sound familiar?
What chiropractic clinics tell us before a project starts.
- Patients drift away after the first few visits and nobody reaches out.
- Missed appointments leave holes in the day that stay empty.
- New-patient inquiries from the website sit in an inbox until someone has a spare minute.
- We want review requests sent after visits but nobody remembers to send them.
- The owner pulls visit numbers together by hand at the end of the month.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Reminders and confirmations
Texts and emails before each visit with a confirm or reschedule link, and a note to the front desk when someone cancels.
Booking and scheduling systems n8n, Make and Zapier automationNew-patient inquiry follow-up
Website forms, calls and ad leads answered within minutes, assigned an owner, and followed up until they book or say no.
GoHighLevel setup CRM setup and lead pipelinesReactivating lapsed patients
People who have not booked in a set number of weeks get a friendly message with a booking link, using contact and last-visit date only.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationReview requests
A short thank-you with a review link sent after a visit, held back if the patient has cancelled or complained.
API integrations and data syncIntake paperwork routing
A link that sends new patients to your practice system's own intake forms, with a reminder if they are left unfinished.
API integrations and data syncVisit and revenue view
Visits per provider, new versus returning, cancellations and collections on one page, built from non-clinical figures.
Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelinesChiropractic software we work with: ChiroTouch, Jane App, Practice Fusion, Platinum Chiropractic Software, Kareo.
And the general tools around it: GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Twilio, Zapier, Make, QuickBooks.
Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Lapsed patient win-back
Example: a two-doctor clinic wants a message sent to anyone who has not booked in eight weeks, stopped as soon as they rebook, with a weekly count of who came back.
Scheduling export, SMS, Google SheetsExample project
New lead to first visit
Example: a clinic running local ads wants each inquiry texted at once, offered a first-visit slot, and chased for a week unless it books.
GoHighLevel, booking link, SMSExample project
Monthly numbers without the spreadsheet
Example: an owner with three chiropractors wants visits, cancellations and collections per provider each Monday, taken from the scheduling system's reports.
Scheduling export, dashboardQuestions people ask first
Will patient health information go into what you build?
No. Clinical notes and records stay in the systems your clinic has set up for them. Our work uses contact details and appointment times, or links back to those systems.
Do we have to change our practice software?
No. We connect to what you use, as far as it offers an API or a standard export, and we check what it allows before we plan anything.
Can we send texts to patients?
Yes, with the consent your clinic collects. We build in opt-out handling and keep the message wording simple and free of health details.
