Sound familiar?
What clinics and practitioners who use Jane tell us before a project starts.
- Website inquiries arrive in an inbox and wait for someone to reply.
- We rebuild our monthly revenue numbers from reports every month.
- Nobody asks happy patients for a review.
- Staff schedules and room use live in a separate spreadsheet.
- The newsletter list and the patient contact list never match.

Does Jane have an API?
Jane does not offer an open API for clinics. Its integrations are built with approved partners. So we do not promise a direct link, and we say so in the scope. We work with its reports and exports and the tools around it.
Will patient information leave Jane?
Not through anything we build. Patient records stay in Jane, which is set up for them. The tools we connect handle business-side details only, such as totals, schedules and marketing contacts.
Can you read our charts or notes?
No, and we would not want to. We keep to the admin side of the clinic.
How do we start?
Tell us the admin job that costs the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
