Sound familiar?
What teams prospecting on LinkedIn tell us before a project starts.
- Reps copy names from Sales Navigator into the CRM one at a time.
- Two people message the same prospect because nobody can see the other's notes.
- Our lead lists go stale and nobody knows which contacts have changed jobs.
- We have no record of which messages got replies, so we cannot tell what works.
- Leads from our LinkedIn lead forms sit in a download no one opens.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Lists into the CRM, cleaned
Sales Navigator exports, CRM sync where your CRM supports it, and lead form downloads loaded as contacts and companies, with duplicates merged and a source tag on each.
Lead list building CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data syncEnrichment of the details you have
Company size, industry, website and a work email checked through an enrichment provider you choose, with gaps marked for a person to fill.
n8n, Make and Zapier automation API integrations and data syncOutreach tracked in one place
A simple way for reps to log each message, reply and next step against the contact, with reminders when a follow-up is due.
CRM setup and lead pipelines n8n, Make and Zapier automationHandoff from reply to pipeline
When a prospect replies or books, a deal is opened with the right owner, a task is set and the contact stops getting other sequences.
n8n, Make and Zapier automation CRM setup and lead pipelinesLead form follow-up
Responses from LinkedIn lead gen forms sent to the CRM and to the right person, with a first email going out the same hour.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Sales Navigator list to HubSpot
Example: a staffing agency exports a saved lead list each week. The file is cleaned, matched against existing contacts, and new people are created in the CRM with an owner and a follow-up date.
CSV export, n8n, HubSpotExample project
Reply log for a two-person sales team
Example: a software consultancy wants every LinkedIn conversation noted in the CRM. A one-line form in Slack records the reply, which updates the deal stage and sets a reminder.
Slack form, CRM API, Google SheetsExample project
Lead form responses answered the same day
Example: a training company runs a lead gen form for a webinar. Each response becomes a contact, gets a confirmation email, and appears in a daily list for the sales lead.
LinkedIn lead form export, CRM, emailQuestions people ask first
Do you automate LinkedIn messages or connection requests?
No. LinkedIn's terms do not allow bots or scraping and we do not build them. We work with exports, forms and CRM sync, and with the notes your people log.
Can you pull data straight out of Sales Navigator?
Only through routes LinkedIn provides, such as exports, supported CRM integrations and lead form downloads. We tell you at the start what your plan and CRM allow.
Which CRMs do you work with?
Whichever you use. If it has an import, an API or webhooks, we can connect to it.
How do we start?
Tell us where lists live today and what your reps do after a prospect replies. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
