Sound familiar?
What recruiting and staffing firms tell us before a project starts.
- We're moving to a new ATS and nobody wants to touch the old database export.
- Resumes arrive by email and someone retypes them into the record.
- Recruiters forget to follow up with clients after a submission.
- Business development is a list in a spreadsheet and a lot of cold calls.
- Placements, fees and invoices are tracked in three different places.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
ATS migration and clean-up
Records extracted from a database backup or export, matched against existing records, de-duplicated and imported into the new system, with a log of what moved.
ETL and data pipelines Python scripts and utilitiesResume intake
Resumes from email and job boards read as they arrive, with contact details, titles and skills filled into the ATS for a recruiter to check.
PDF and document data extraction API integrations and data syncCandidate and client follow-up
Reminders after submissions and interviews, and polite messages to candidates, so no one sits waiting for a reply.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Moving from one ATS to another
Example: a staffing firm has a full database backup from its old ATS and needs the candidates, companies and notes restored, matched to records it already has, and imported into the new system.
SQL, Python, ATS import toolsExample project
Resume to ATS record
Example: a recruiter receives resumes by email. Each one is read on arrival, the details go into a new candidate record, and the original file is attached.
Gmail, PDF extraction, ATS API or importExample project
Client follow-up reminders
Example: a boutique recruiter wants a reminder three days after each candidate submission, and a note to the account owner when the client hasn't answered.
CRM tasks, email, Google SheetsQuestions people ask first
Can you migrate us from one ATS to another?
Often, yes. It depends on what you can export and what the new system can import, so we look at both first and write down what will move and what will not.
Is candidate data kept safe?
We work in your own accounts, limit who can see what, and avoid copying personal data into new places. We tell you where each piece of data ends up.
Do we have to change our ATS?
No. Most of the work is connecting the one you already use to email, your CRM and your reporting.
How do we start?
Tell us your ATS and the job that eats the most recruiter time. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
