Pushbuild

Software help for a SaaS startup that needs more shipped than the team can build.

We take on the work that slows a small product team: the billing and onboarding plumbing, the integrations customers ask for, the internal admin tools, and the half-built prototype that needs to get to production. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What SaaS startups tell us before a project starts.

  • Our prototype works in demos and breaks when real users sign up.
  • Billing, plans and trials are held together with webhooks nobody fully trusts.
  • Support questions need an engineer to look something up in the database.
  • Customers keep asking for an integration we have not had time to build.
  • New signups sit in a spreadsheet until someone sends the welcome email.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Take a prototype to production

An app built in Lovable, Bubble or a similar builder reviewed, its weak spots repaired, and set up to run with real users.

Lovable, Bubble and Replit app rescue Web apps and MVPs

Subscriptions and billing

Plans, trials, upgrades and failed payments handled in Stripe, with the app reacting to the right events.

Stripe integration and billing

Onboarding that runs itself

Signup triggers a welcome sequence, a sales or success task where needed, and a nudge when someone stalls.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation CRM setup and lead pipelines

Integrations your customers ask for

A connector to the tool your customers use, built on its API with a clear list of what syncs and when.

API integrations and data sync

Admin and support tools

An internal page where support can look up an account, see recent activity and apply a safe change without a developer.

Web apps and MVPs Dashboards and reporting

Marketing site from the design

A site built from your Figma file, quick to load and easy for you to edit.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Lovable prototype to a live product

Example: a founder built a tutoring marketplace in Lovable. It needs real sign-in, payments and a database that survives more than a demo.

Supabase, Stripe, a hosted front end

Example project

Stripe events to the app

Example: a B2B tool wants plan changes, failed payments and cancellations from Stripe to update each account and alert the team.

Stripe webhooks, a small service, Slack

Example project

Admin page for support

Example: a startup's support person needs to see a customer's plan, last login and recent errors in one place and reset a stuck onboarding step.

Questions people ask first

Can you work in our codebase?

Yes, for contained pieces of work. We agree the scope first, work in a branch, and hand it back with notes for your team.

Do you rebuild what a no-code tool made?

Only if that is the right call. Often the better move is repairing and hardening what exists. We tell you which in the scope.

Who owns the code?

You do. It lives in your repository and your accounts.

How do we start?

Send a short description of the product and the thing blocking you. We reply with questions or a written scope.
