Sound familiar?
What handyman businesses tell us before a project starts.
- Customers text a vague list of jobs and I spend an hour a day going back and forth to quote them.
- I write quotes and invoices at night after the work is done.
- Leads come in from Thumbtack, Angi, Facebook and word of mouth, and I lose track of them.
- I turn up and find out the job needs materials nobody mentioned.
- Past customers would hire me again but I never contact them.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Quote request with photos
A request form where the customer lists tasks, uploads photos and gives the address, so most jobs can be quoted without a first visit.
Web apps and MVPs Website bug fixesAll leads in one place
Requests from directories, the website and texts collected into one list with a status, so none get lost.
CRM setup and lead pipelines n8n, Make and Zapier automationQuote to job
An accepted quote becomes a booked job with a deposit link, a materials list and a place on the calendar.
Booking and scheduling systems Stripe integration and billingInvoice from the job
Hours, materials and notes turn into an invoice sent from the phone and logged in the books.
QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrationsMaterials list
Each job gets a shopping list from its tasks, so the trip to the store happens once.
Google Sheets and Apps Script automationRepeat customers
A list of past jobs with a gentle seasonal reminder, such as gutters or caulking, and a review request after each job.
GoHighLevel setupHandyman software we work with: Jobber, Housecall Pro, Thumbtack, Angi.
And the general tools around it: QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Square, Twilio, Zapier, Make.
Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Photo quote form
Example: a handyman wants customers to list each small job, add photos and pick a few times, so a quote can go back the same day without a phone call.
Web form, Google Sheets, emailExample project
Deposit before the booking
Example: a handyman who loses time to no-shows wants an accepted quote to send a deposit link, and the date only locks once it is paid.
Stripe, scheduling, SMSExample project
Spring reminder list
Example: a one-person business texts last year's customers a short seasonal message with a booking link, once a year, from a simple customer list.
Google Sheets, Twilio, ZapierQuestions people ask first
Do we have to switch software?
No. Most of the work is connecting your current tools to the tools around it. If something can't do what you need, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.
I work alone. Is this too much?
No. For one person we keep it small: a form, a list of leads and an invoice that builds itself. You pick what is worth having and we skip the rest.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
How do we start?

Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
