Sound familiar?
What home care and home health agencies tell us before a project starts.
- A caregiver calls out and the office spends the morning phoning around to cover the shift.
- Families and referral sources call to ask who is coming and when.
- New caregivers wait weeks because paperwork and checks are tracked by hand.
- Timesheets are corrected and re-entered before payroll can run.
- We pay for scheduling software and still keep a spreadsheet beside it.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Open-shift fill
When a shift opens, a text goes to qualified, available caregivers and the first to accept is confirmed, with the office notified.
n8n, Make and Zapier automation API integrations and data syncVisit confirmations for families
A message to the family or the care coordinator when a caregiver is on the way or the visit is changed, using names and times only.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationReferral and inquiry tracking
Calls, forms and referral partners logged with an owner, a follow-up schedule and a count by source.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Will client health information go into the tools you build?
No. Care plans, notes and health details stay in the systems your agency has set up for them. Our work uses names, schedules, locations and counts, or links back to those systems.
Can you work with our scheduling system?
As far as it offers an API, integrations or exports, yes. We check what it supports before planning the build.
Are you making compliance claims?
No. Your agency and its advisers decide what is acceptable, and we build to that.
How do we start?
