Sound familiar?
What small businesses on Gusto tell us before a project starts.
- A new hire is entered in the applicant tool, Gusto, the schedule and email separately.
- Hours from our time clock or schedule are totalled in a sheet before every payroll.
- Payroll costs are split by location or job by hand for the books.
- Onboarding paperwork and checklists depend on one person remembering.
- Headcount and labor cost reports mean exporting from three places.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Gusto export, Python, QuickBooksQuestions people ask first
Does Gusto have an API?
Gusto has a developer program and connects with accounting and time tools. What is open to you depends on your plan and the connection route, so we check before agreeing a scope.
Will this touch employee personal data?
We keep it to what the job needs. Sensitive details stay in Gusto and the systems you already use for them, and we do not copy them into sheets.
Will you run payroll?
No. Your team or accountant runs payroll. We prepare the data around it and the checks before and after.
How do we start?
Tell us what you total or retype around each payroll. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
