Sound familiar?
What senior living communities tell us before a project starts.
- Families inquire through a referral site, a call and our website, and some are never followed up.
- Tours are booked by phone and the sales director keeps the calendar in her head.
- A tour goes well, and then weeks pass without a call.
- Maintenance requests arrive by phone, note and email.
- Occupancy and move-in numbers are rebuilt by hand for every owner meeting.

Maintenance requests that close
Example: a community wants staff to submit a request from a phone, the maintenance lead notified, and the requester told when the job is done.
Form, Airtable, emailExample project
Owner meeting numbers
Example: a group with five communities wants occupancy, tours and move-ins on one page each month, from the sales CRM and census counts.
CRM export, Google Sheets, dashboardQuestions people ask first
Will resident health information go into the tools you build?
No. Care plans and health records stay in the systems your community has set up for them. We use contact details, schedules and counts.
Can you connect to our sales CRM?
If it offers an API, integrations or exports, yes. We check what it supports before planning the build.
Can you help with family communication?
Yes, for scheduling, event and general updates. Anything about an individual resident's care stays with your care team and its own systems.
