Sound familiar?
What independent pharmacies tell us before a project starts.
- Deliveries are planned on paper and drivers call to ask where to go next.
- Wholesaler invoices are keyed into the books by hand.
- Staff schedules change on a group text and people miss shifts.
- Front-store and online orders are tracked in different places.
- The owner cannot see sales and margin by week without building a spreadsheet.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Delivery routing and confirmations
A daily list of stops ordered into a route for each driver, with a delivery confirmation logged. Addresses are kept apart from anything about what is in the bag.
Python scripts and utilities n8n, Make and Zapier automationSupplier invoices into the books
Wholesaler invoices read as they arrive and entered as bills for review, matched to orders.
PDF and document data extraction QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrationsStaff schedule and shift swaps
One shared schedule with shift requests, swaps and reminders, replacing the group text.
Google Sheets and Apps Script automation Notion and Airtable systemsFront-store and online orders
Shop orders for non-prescription items brought into one place with stock levels and reorder alerts.
Custom Shopify apps API integrations and data syncStore performance view
Sales, margin, stock turns and supplier spend by week, built from business reports and not from patient records.
Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelinesReputation and local search
Review requests sent to customers after front-store purchases, and a page that keeps opening hours and services current.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Morning delivery run
Example: a pharmacy with two drivers wants the day's delivery stops sorted into routes each morning from an address list, with a tick when each stop is completed and a short note for the counter.
Google Sheets, route tool, SMS to driversExample project
Wholesaler invoice entry
Example: a pharmacy receives invoices by email from its main supplier. Each one is read, the totals and invoice number go into the accounting software as a draft bill, and the owner approves it.
Gmail, PDF extraction, QuickBooksExample project
Weekly store scorecard
Example: an owner wants sales, supplier spend and stock turns on one page each Monday, drawn from business reports only.
Report exports, dashboardQuestions people ask first
Will prescription or patient information go into what you build?
No. Prescription records and patient information stay in your pharmacy system. We work with invoices, addresses for routing, stock and sales figures, and we plan around that line from the start.
Can you connect to our pharmacy system?
Only as far as it offers integrations or business reports, and only for business data. We check what it supports first.
Do you make compliance claims?
No. You and your advisers decide what is acceptable, and we build to that.
