Sound familiar?
What property managers and owners on Yardi tell us before a project starts.
- We export the same reports every month and reformat them in Excel.
- Vendor invoices are keyed into Yardi from PDFs by hand.
- Owner and investor packs take days to put together.
- Maintenance requests come in by email and are entered afterwards.
- Different properties report the same numbers in different ways.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Report export, Excel, emailQuestions people ask first
Does Yardi have an API?
Yardi works mainly through its standard interfaces and approved partners, and what is open to you depends on your product, version and contract. We check with you first and build on exports and scheduled reports where a direct link is not available.
Do we have to change anything inside Yardi?
Not by default. We prefer to work with what your team can already export, and we ask your administrator before touching any setting.
Can you work with the spreadsheets we already have?
Yes. Many teams have workbooks that hold the process together. We keep what works and tidy what does not.
