Sound familiar?
What staffing and recruiting firms on Bullhorn tell us before a project starts.
- Candidates apply on a job board or form and someone retypes them into Bullhorn.
- Recruiters keep their own sheets because the reports don't show what they need.
- Resumes arrive by email and take time to read and enter.
- Timesheets and placements are re-keyed into payroll or invoicing.
- Nobody follows up on submissions that went quiet.

Bullhorn, Google SheetsQuestions people ask first
Can Bullhorn be connected to other tools?
Yes. Bullhorn offers a REST API for custom integrations. Access is set up with Bullhorn using credentials issued to your account, and what you can use depends on your edition, so we check that first and write it into the scope.
Do we have to change how our recruiters work?
No. We build around the way your team already uses Bullhorn. If something can't be done from outside the software, we say so in the written scope before anything starts.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.
How do we start?
Tell us what you use around Bullhorn and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
