GlossGenius runs the bookings. We handle what sits around them.

GlossGenius gives salons and solo beauty pros booking, payments, reminders and a branded booking site. It does not offer a public API or a Zapier connection, so anything beyond the app is built from the exports it lets you download. That still covers a lot: client lists, rebooking, pay sheets and the books. We look at your exports first and tell you what's possible.

Does GlossGenius have an API?

Not a public one. The connections we build start from the exports GlossGenius lets you download.

Can it connect to Zapier?

We have not found an official GlossGenius connection on Zapier. If one appears, we'd use it.

How often would the exports run?

As often as you're willing to download them, often weekly. We make the step after the download take seconds.

Should I switch to a booking app with an API?

Only if the connections matter more than what you like about GlossGenius. We'll tell you plainly what each option allows.
