Pushbuild

Vagaro automation that fills the book and keeps clients coming back.

Vagaro is where you book, check out and keep client records. What it leaves to you is the follow-through: the rebooking nudge, the review request, the monthly numbers. Vagaro offers an API and webhooks for appointments, customers and similar events, which are switched on through your account and can send to tools like Zapier. We use them to join Vagaro to the rest of your tools. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What salons, spas and studios on Vagaro tell us before a project starts.

  • Clients leave and nobody asks them to rebook.
  • We copy new customers into our email tool by hand.
  • No-shows leave an empty chair we could have filled.
  • We never get around to asking happy clients for a review.
  • Commission and sales numbers get worked out on a calculator.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Rebooking prompts

A message a set number of weeks after a visit, matched to the service, with your booking link in it.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

New clients into your email list

Customers added to your marketing list with the right tags, so a first-time colour client is not sent the same message as a regular.

API integrations and data sync

Review requests

A short message after a good visit asking for a review, sent only to clients who have not been asked recently.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

No-show and cancellation follow-up

A message to the client and a note to the front desk, plus a way to offer the open slot to people waiting.

Booking and scheduling systems

Commission and sales summary

Service and product sales by stylist or therapist, worked out the way your pay plan says, ready to check.

Excel and VBA tools Google Sheets and Apps Script automation

Business dashboard

Bookings, rebooking rate, new versus returning clients and revenue by service, on one page.

Dashboards and reporting

What we connect it to: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Twilio, Zapier, Make.

Industries that use it: Salons, Med spas, Fitness, Pet grooming, Yoga studios.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Vagaro webhooks, Twilio, n8n

Example project

Pay summary for the owner

Example: a spa with eight staff gets a weekly summary of services, tips and product sales per person to check before payroll.

Questions people ask first

Does Vagaro have an API?

Yes, Vagaro has an API and webhooks, but access is requested through your account and may take some days to be approved. Availability can also depend on your setup, so we check first.

What if we cannot get API access?

We look at what Vagaro already sends by email and in its reports, and build from that. We say so in the scope if the result is more limited.

Will clients get too many messages?

No. We set limits so that a client only hears from you when it is useful, and you approve the wording.

How do we start?
