Sound familiar?
What service businesses on Square Appointments tell us before a project starts.
- Bookings are in Square but my client notes live somewhere else.
- No-shows cost us, and I can't see which clients do it.
- I copy appointments into a sheet to work out staff pay.
- Clients don't rebook unless we chase them.
- My Google Calendar and Square never quite match.

Questions people ask first
Does Square Appointments have an API?
Yes. Square's Bookings API covers bookings, and it has webhooks for booking events. Write access can depend on your Square plan, which we check first.
Will every booking trigger the connection?
Not always. Some booking events only fire for certain booking sources, so we test with your real setup before relying on it.
Is this different from Square's point of sale?
It's the same Square account. Appointments adds booking on top of the point of sale, so sales and bookings can be reported together.
Can it sync with Google Calendar?
Square offers calendar sync options. Where they don't cover what you need, we connect bookings through the API.
