Sound familiar?
What retailers and restaurants on Lightspeed tell us before a project starts.
- Our shop stock and online stock drift apart and we oversell.
- Products are added in Lightspeed and then added again somewhere else.
- Month-end sales are exported and retyped into the accounting software.
- Reorders depend on someone walking the shelves with a clipboard.
- I can't tell which locations or staff sell the most without building a report by hand.

Lightspeed, accounting softwareQuestions people ask first
Which Lightspeed do we have?
Lightspeed has several separate products, including retail and restaurant systems, each with its own developer tools. We start by confirming which one you use and what it allows, and write that into the scope.
Is the connection reliable?
Lightspeed's retail developer docs support webhooks, and also advise checking by polling because delivery isn't guaranteed. We build with that in mind, with a regular check that catches anything missed.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.
How do we start?
Tell us what you use around Lightspeed and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
