Sound familiar?
What stores on WooCommerce tell us before a project starts.
- Checkout fails for some customers and we can't see why.
- Stock in the store and stock in our warehouse sheet don't match.
- We type each order into the accounting software by hand.
- The store is slow, especially on category pages and in the cart.
- Plugin updates keep breaking something, so we've stopped updating.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Orders to the books
Example: a store owner wants every paid order to appear in the accounting tool as an invoice with the shipping and tax split out, and refunds posted as credit notes.
WooCommerce webhooks, accounting tool APIExample project
Warehouse stock sync
Example: a retailer keeps stock in a warehouse sheet and wants the store updated each hour, with a note if a product is missing from either side.
WooCommerce REST API, Google Sheets, PythonExample project
Checkout that stalls
Example: a store sees customers reach payment and leave. We reproduce it on a copy, find a script conflict and retest the full checkout.
WooCommerce, WordPress, payment gatewayQuestions people ask first
Do we have to move to another platform?
No. We work on the store you have. If another platform would suit you better, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.
Can WooCommerce connect to our other tools?
Usually, yes. WooCommerce has a REST API and webhooks, and connects to many tools through plugins, Zapier and Make. We check what yours support before we agree the scope.
Will you work on the live store?
We test on a copy and take a backup before touching the live store, and we pick a quiet time for the change.
How do we start?
