Pushbuild

Toast sales and labor data, where your managers and bookkeeper can use it.

We connect Toast to the tools around it: your accounting, your reports, your staff schedule and your guest messages. Daily sales stop being retyped, labor cost shows up next to revenue, and menu changes reach the places that need them. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What restaurants on Toast tell us before a project starts.

  • Someone types the daily sales totals into the books every night.
  • I can see labor cost in one place and sales in another, and never on the same page.
  • A menu price changes and the website, delivery listings and printed menus all lag behind.
  • Month-end means exporting reports from Toast and rebuilding the same sheet.
  • With more than one location, I can't compare them without a spreadsheet.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Daily sales into the books

Sales, tips, taxes and payment types from Toast summarized each day and sent to your accounting software as one tidy entry for review.

QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrations API integrations and data sync

Prime cost report

Food cost, labor and sales for each location on one page, so the owner sees the week against target without opening three reports.

Dashboards and reporting

Scheduled report exports to a sheet

The Toast reports your manager already pulls, loaded into Google Sheets on a schedule, so the weekly numbers are waiting on Monday.

ETL and data pipelines Google Sheets and Apps Script automation

Guest follow-up

A thank-you or a recovery note after a visit, sent from the guest data you already collect, with unsubscribe handled.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Vendor invoices to the books

Supplier invoices read when they arrive and matched to the right account for a person to approve.

PDF and document data extraction

Staff and event alerts

A message to the manager when a catering order comes in, a shift is uncovered or a number moves past a limit you set.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

What we connect it to: QuickBooks, Xero, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.

Industries that use it: Catering, Breweries and wineries, Coffee shops, Food trucks.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Questions people ask first

Do we have to change our POS?

No. We work around Toast as it is. If something you want can't be done from outside it, we say so in the written scope.

Can you connect directly to Toast?

Toast has developer documentation, but access to its API is granted through Toast's own partner process, so we check what your account can use first. Where direct access isn't available, we work from the reports Toast can export and the integrations it already supports, and we say which in the scope.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.

How do we start?

Tell us what you use around Toast and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
