Sound familiar?
What teams using Telegram tell us before a project starts.
- We watch a sheet or a dashboard all day just to catch the one row that matters.
- Alerts go to email, where nobody sees them until the next morning.
- Our group chat is full of copied order details and screenshots.
- Customers message us on Telegram and someone has to answer the same questions again and again.
- We have a bot script someone wrote once, and it stops whenever the server restarts.

Telegram Bot API, store webhooks, Google SheetsExample project
Lead alert for a sales group
Example: a service business wants every website enquiry sent to a group within a minute, with a button to claim it so two people do not call the same lead.

Telegram bot, Python, accounting tool APIQuestions people ask first
Do we have to switch from Telegram?
No. We work with the chats and groups you already use. If something you want is not possible with a bot, we say so in the scope and lay out the options.
Can a bot see everything in our group?
Only what its settings allow. We set the bot up so it reads only what it needs, and we tell you what it can see before it goes live.
Can it connect to our other software?
Usually, yes. Telegram has a Bot API, and your tools connect through their own APIs, webhooks, or tools such as Zapier, Make and n8n. We check what yours support before we agree the scope.
