Pushbuild

Notion set up as a working system, not a pile of pages.

We turn the Notion workspace you already have into databases that connect, with templates, views and automation, and we link it to your forms, calendar, CRM and spreadsheets. People know where things go and where to find them. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What teams on Notion tell us before a project starts.

  • Our workspace grew page by page and nobody can find anything.
  • We have databases, but they don't link to each other.
  • Someone updates a status in Notion and then again in a spreadsheet.
  • New requests come in by email and are pasted into Notion.
  • We want a client view without sharing the whole workspace.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Workspace structure and databases

A small set of linked databases with relations and rollups, agreed properties and templates for each type of record.

Notion and Airtable systems

Intake from forms and email

Forms and incoming messages create database items with the right properties filled in.

API integrations and data sync

Automations and buttons

Database automations, buttons and templates for repeat work, plus Notion's API for what they don't cover.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation Notion and Airtable systems

Sync with sheets, CRM and calendar

Records kept in step between Notion and the tools that hold the other copy.

API integrations and data sync

Views for people and clients

Filtered views for each role, and a client-facing view that shows only what they should see.

Notion and Airtable systems

Migration and clean-up

Old pages restructured into databases, and data brought in from spreadsheets or other tools.

ETL and data pipelines

What we connect it to: Zapier, Make, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Gmail, Airtable, Typeform.

Questions people ask first

Do we have to switch away from Notion?

No. We work with the account you already have. If something you want is not possible in it, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get short notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.

Can Notion connect to our other tools?

Usually, yes. Notion has an API for connecting integrations and works with tools through Zapier and Make. We check what yours support before we agree the scope.

How do we start?

Tell us what you use Notion for and the one thing that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
