Sound familiar?
What trucking companies and freight brokers tell us before a project starts.
- Dispatch runs on a spreadsheet and a group text.
- We run a custom system someone built years ago and nobody can change it.
- Rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs come by email and are keyed in by hand.
- Shipper leads come from cold calls and never get a proper follow-up.
- Customers ask where their load is and we call the driver to find out.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Load board in one place
Loads, carriers, drivers and status in one shared view, kept in step with the spreadsheet or system you use now.
Web apps and MVPs Notion and Airtable systemsPaperwork read automatically
Rate confirmations, bills of lading and proofs of delivery read from email or scan, with the key fields filled into the load record for review.
PDF and document data extractionCustomer status updates
Pickup and delivery updates sent to the shipper by email or text from the load status, so the office isn't the middle man.
n8n, Make and Zapier automation API integrations and data syncShipper lead pipeline
Shipper names, calls, quotes and call-backs tracked in a CRM, with reminders and a clear next step on each account.
CRM setup and lead pipelines GoHighLevel setupInvoicing and settlements
Delivered loads turned into invoices, and driver or carrier pay worked out from the same data, passed to the accounting system.
QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrationsLanes and margin on one page
Revenue, margin and on-time rate by lane, customer and carrier, refreshed each morning.
Dashboards and reporting ETL and data pipelinesTrucking software we work with: McLeod, Samsara, Motive, Rose Rocket, Axon, DAT.
And the general tools around it: QuickBooks, Odoo, HubSpot, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n.
Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Rate confirmation to load record
Example: a freight broker receives rate confirmations as PDFs. Each is read on arrival, the load details go into the tracking sheet, and the dispatcher gets a draft to check.
Gmail, PDF extraction, Google SheetsExample project
Replacing an old custom system
Example: a regional carrier runs on a tool built years ago that nobody can edit. We map what it does, then rebuild the parts the office uses daily, one piece at a time.
Web app, database, data export from the old toolExample project
Shipper call-back pipeline
Example: a brokerage has a caller placing outbound calls to shippers. Each outcome is logged, call-backs are scheduled, and live transfers are flagged for the owner.
CRM, calendar reminders, call notesQuestions people ask first
Do we have to replace our TMS?
No. Most work connects what you have to email, spreadsheets and accounting. If an old custom system truly is the problem, we map it first and replace it in stages.
Can you pull data from ELDs and telematics?
Often, through the integrations or exports the provider supports. We check its documentation and your plan first, and tell you what is possible.
Will drivers be able to use it?
Yes. Anything a driver touches is built to work from a phone with a few taps.
