Sound familiar?
What fleets and field operations teams on Samsara tell us before a project starts.
- Dispatch asks drivers where they are when Samsara already knows.
- Maintenance reminders live in a spreadsheet that is always behind.
- Driver hours and trip data are exported and retyped for payroll or invoicing.
- Alerts go to one person's email and nobody tracks what happened next.
- Drivers submit documents in the app and the office files them by hand.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Customer arrival text
Example: a delivery company wants customers told when a truck is a few stops away, using the route events from Samsara and a text message from its own number.
Samsara webhook, TwilioExample project
Service due list
Example: a contractor with a mixed fleet wants a sheet showing which vehicles are due for service by mileage, with a message to the shop lead each Monday.
Samsara API, Google Sheets, SlackExample project
Hours to invoice
Example: a haulage firm wants each job's start, stop and time on site added to the invoice draft in the accounting system.
Samsara API, accounting toolQuestions people ask first
Can Samsara be connected to our other systems?
Yes. Samsara publishes a REST API and supports webhooks for events such as route stops, and we use whichever fits the job. What your plan and devices expose varies, so we check that first and write it into the scope.
Do you replace Samsara's own reports?
No. We build around them, for the cases where you need data in another tool or a report mixing fleet data with jobs, payroll or customers.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.
How do we start?
Tell us what you use around Samsara and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.
Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
