Pushbuild

Etsy selling with less copying, retyping and guessing.

An Etsy shop is often a one or two person business doing the work of ten. The hours go to relisting, printing labels, tracking stock and working out what each sale really earned. We build small tools and connections that take those jobs off your hands, within what Etsy allows. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What Etsy sellers tell us before a project starts.

  • I update listings one at a time and it takes my whole evening.
  • Orders are retyped into the shipping tool and my books.
  • I can't tell what each item earns after fees, shipping and materials.
  • My stock lives in a notebook or spreadsheet and I oversell.
  • I sell on Etsy and my own site, and the two never match.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Bulk listing updates

Titles, tags, prices and descriptions edited in a spreadsheet and pushed to your listings in a batch, with a check before anything changes.

Python scripts and utilities API integrations and data sync

Orders to shipping and books

New orders passed to your shipping tool and accounting records, so labels and entries are made from one source.

API integrations and data sync QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot integrations

Stock and materials tracking

Quantities of finished items and materials tracked in a sheet or Airtable, with a warning before something runs out.

Notion and Airtable systems Google Sheets and Apps Script automation

True profit per item

Sales combined with fees, shipping and your costs, so you see what each product and each month actually earns.

Dashboards and reporting

Customer messages and reviews

A tidy way to answer common questions and follow up after a sale, kept in a shared inbox or simple tracker.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

One catalogue for every channel

Etsy, your own store and any other marketplace fed from one product list, so changes are made once.

ETL and data pipelines

What we connect it to: Shopify, ShipStation, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier, Mailchimp, Square.

Industries that use it: Ecommerce, Print and signage, Subscription boxes.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Edit 300 listings from a sheet

Example: a jewellery seller wants to change tags and prices for hundreds of listings in a spreadsheet and send the changes in one go, with a list of any that failed.

Etsy Open API, Google Sheets, Python

Example project

Profit per product

Example: a candle maker wants each Etsy sale joined to fees, postage and material cost, so the sheet shows profit per scent and per month.

Etsy order data, Google Sheets, dashboard

Example project

Stock shared with the website

Example: a print shop sells the same items on Etsy and its own site and wants a sale in one place to lower the count in the other.

Questions people ask first

Is this allowed by Etsy?

We work through the tools Etsy provides for sellers and developers, and we tell you if something you want falls outside what Etsy permits.

I am a one-person shop. Is this too small?

No. Small, specific jobs are the best fit: one sheet, one script or one connection that gives you your evenings back.

Who owns the work?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get plain notes on how to run it.

How do we start?
