Pushbuild

Software that moves a print or sign job from quote to proof to delivery without retyping.

We connect the quote sheet, email, artwork folders and accounting a print or sign shop already uses, so a request becomes a quote, a proof, a job ticket and an invoice, with the customer told where it stands. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What print and sign shops tell us before a project starts.

  • Quotes are built by hand from a price sheet and each one takes twenty minutes.
  • Artwork arrives by email, links and USB sticks, and the wrong version gets printed.
  • Proof approvals live in an email thread nobody can find later.
  • The floor works from paper job tickets, and rush jobs get lost between stations.
  • Customers keep calling to ask where their order is.

Questions people ask first

We use a print management system already. Do we replace it?

No. We connect around it, using its exports or the integrations it supports. We say in the scope what it can and can't do.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.

Can it handle custom, one-off jobs?

Yes. The quote builder has a manual line for anything outside the price sheet, so odd jobs still go through the same flow.
