Pushbuild

Jira that files, assigns and reports on its own.

Jira works best when the right work arrives already sorted. We set up automation rules, intake forms and connections to your support desk and CRM so tickets come in complete, reach the right person and show their status back to whoever asked. You get a written scope to approve before we start.

Sound familiar?

What teams running Jira tell us before a project starts.

  • Requests arrive by email and chat and someone copies each one into Jira.
  • Support and engineering use different tools, and a bug report is lost in the handover.
  • Tickets sit unassigned until somebody notices.
  • The weekly status report means filtering Jira and pasting into slides.
  • We have dozens of custom fields and nobody remembers what they are for.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Intake forms that give complete tickets

Request forms asking the right questions per type, so tickets arrive with the detail needed and land in the right project and queue.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Automation rules that save clicks

Assignment, transitions, reminders and escalations written as Jira automation rules, named clearly and documented.

Sync with the support desk

A support ticket that needs engineering opens a linked Jira issue, and status and comments flow back so support can reply without asking.

API integrations and data sync

CRM and Jira linked

Deals, accounts and customer notes visible on Jira issues, and delivery status visible to account owners in the CRM.

CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data sync

Reports that update themselves

Open work, age, cycle time and workload by person or team, drawn from Jira's data into a dashboard or a scheduled email.

Dashboards and reporting

Tidy-up of projects and fields

Unused fields, statuses and workflows listed and cleaned up carefully, with a map of what changes before it does.

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Support to engineering handoff

Example: a software company wants a Zendesk ticket tagged as a bug to create a Jira issue with the customer's details, then close the loop when engineering marks it released.

Zendesk, Jira REST API, webhooks

Example project

Client request form for an agency

Example: an agency lets clients submit change requests through a form. The request becomes a Jira issue in the client's project, assigned by request type, with a confirmation email.

Jira forms, automation rules, email

Example project

Friday status without the slides

Example: an IT services firm sends clients a weekly summary of closed and open tickets. A scheduled job builds it from Jira data and sends it to each client contact.

Questions people ask first

Is this for Jira Cloud or Data Center?

Mostly Cloud, which has the REST API, webhooks and built-in automation. If you run Data Center, tell us and we confirm what is available.

Can you do this with Jira's built-in automation?

Often, yes, and we prefer it because your admins can see and change it. For cross-tool sync we add webhooks and a small service.

Will changes disrupt our team mid-sprint?

We test in a separate project first and agree when to switch anything on, so your board does not shift unannounced.
