Pushbuild

Jotform submissions turned into orders, records and replies.

We connect Jotform to the work that follows a submission: the order is recorded, the customer gets a clear reply, the right person is told, and the data lands in a sheet, CRM or system you can use. The scope is written down and agreed before we start.

Sound familiar?

What teams collecting orders and forms with Jotform tell us before a project starts.

  • Orders come in through a form and I copy them into a spreadsheet.
  • I have a form with payment but don't know which orders are paid.
  • Different answers should go to different people and I forward them by hand.
  • I want the submission as a clean PDF or invoice.
  • Our forms collect a lot and the data is a mess to use.

Questions people ask first

Does Jotform allow outside connections?

Yes. Jotform has an API and can send each submission to a webhook URL. It also connects through Zapier. Submissions created through the API don't trigger its webhooks, and we plan around that.

Is Jotform right for sensitive information?

Keep patient or other highly sensitive data in systems set up for it. We connect ordinary contact and order details and agree in the scope exactly what is passed along.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get notes on how it works so your office can change it without us.

How do we start?

Tell us what you use around Jotform and the one job that wastes the most time each week. We reply with questions or a written scope.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
