Sound familiar?
What companies on NetSuite tell us before a project starts.
- Orders from our store are exported and imported into NetSuite by hand.
- Saved searches and reports take a day to turn into something the team can read.
- Every small change needs a consultant and a long wait.
- Customer and item data differ between NetSuite, the CRM and the warehouse.
- Month-end close involves a lot of spreadsheets that should be automatic.

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Store orders into NetSuite
Example: a wholesaler takes orders on its web store. Each paid order is created in NetSuite with the customer and items matched, and mismatches go to a short review list.
Shopify, NetSuite API, queueExample project
Saved search to dashboard
Example: a finance team wants three saved searches copied to a database every morning so the weekly numbers are ready without anyone exporting them.
NetSuite API, Postgres, dashboardExample project
Clean bulk import
Example: a manufacturer loads hundreds of new items from supplier sheets. Each file is checked for missing fields and duplicates before it reaches NetSuite.
Python, spreadsheet, NetSuite importQuestions people ask first
How do you connect to NetSuite?
NetSuite has web service and REST interfaces, and it supports scripting inside the account. We choose the route that suits your setup and your administrator's rules.
Do we need to replace our NetSuite partner?
No. We work next to them, and where a change belongs inside your configuration we hand them a clear note of what to do.
Will you test somewhere safe first?
Yes, in a sandbox if you have one. Nothing is switched on in your live account until you have reviewed it.
