Sound familiar?
What teams on Trello tell us before a project starts.
- We copy every new order or request onto a card by hand.
- Cards sit in the wrong list and nobody notices.
- Each board uses its own labels and checklists.
- We need a count of cards per stage and have to tally them manually.
- Trello's own automation covers part of what we want and not the rest.
What we build
Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.
Board structure and labels agreed
Lists, labels and checklists set once and reused across boards, with templates for repeat work.
n8n, Make and Zapier automationCards from forms, orders and email
Form entries, orders or emails create cards with the details and attachments filled in.
API integrations and data syncAutomation beyond built-in rules
Multi-step rules that call other tools, using Trello's API and webhooks where Butler stops.
n8n, Make and Zapier automation API integrations and data syncCard moves that update other systems
Moving a card can send a customer email, update a sheet or create an invoice.
API integrations and data syncCounts and reports
Cards per list, age in stage and overdue counts in a sheet or dashboard.
Dashboards and reportingMoving to something bigger
If you have outgrown Trello, data mapped and moved to Airtable, Notion, Asana or ClickUp with the history intact where possible.
Notion and Airtable systems ETL and data pipelinesWhat we connect it to: Zapier, Make, Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Typeform, Shopify.
Industries that use it: Event planners, Photography, Print and signage, Coaches and consultants.
Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Trello API, Google SheetsQuestions people ask first
Do we have to switch away from Trello?
No. We work with the account you already have. If something you want is not possible in it, we say so in the scope and lay out the options before anything changes.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It is built in your own accounts, and you get short notes on how it works so your team can change it without us.
Can Trello connect to our other tools?
Usually, yes. Trello has a REST API and webhooks and connects to many tools through Zapier and Make. We check what yours support before we agree the scope.
How do we start?

Tell us what you need built.
Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
