Is our data used to train the model?

Per OpenAI's published terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default. We check the current terms with you at the start and set up the account so your own team holds the keys.

Can it make things up?

Any model can. That is why we point it at your documents, ask it to cite them, test it on real examples first and keep a person in the loop for anything that reaches a customer.

Do we need a ChatGPT subscription for this?

No. The API is billed separately from ChatGPT plans, on usage. We set it up in an account you own and show you how to watch the usage.
