Sound familiar?
What businesses using Retell for calls tell us before a project starts.
- Nobody covers the phone after five and Monday starts with a stack of voicemails.
- Voicemail transcripts are garbled, so we still have to listen to every one.
- The person who took the call remembers it, and nobody else knows what was agreed.
- Callers ask for a person and we have no good way to transfer them.
- We want call notes in the CRM without anyone typing them.

Example projects
Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.
Example project
Weekend line for a property manager
Example: a property manager takes maintenance calls all weekend. The receptionist records the unit and the issue, marks floods and lockouts as urgent for a text to the on-call tech, and logs the rest as tickets.
Retell, webhooks, ticketing tool, SMSExample project
Call notes for a law office
Example: a small law office wants every new-matter call summarised in the CRM with name, matter type and a callback time, and transcripts kept private to staff.
Retell, CRM API, SlackExample project
Overflow for a busy clinic
Example: a clinic's desk gets swamped at nine each morning. When both lines are busy the overflow caller reaches the receptionist, which takes a message and creates a callback task.
Retell, phone provider routing, task listQuestions people ask first
Is this meant to replace our front desk?
No. It covers the calls nobody can pick up and takes routine ones off your staff. Anything sensitive or complicated goes to a person.
Where are transcripts stored?
In your CRM or database, and in your Retell account for as long as you keep them there. We set retention with you, and tell you about call-recording consent rules in your state.
How is this different from a voicemail service?
The caller talks to something that asks the right questions, books or routes, and leaves a usable record, instead of leaving a message that someone must decode.
