Pushbuild

Software that keeps a shop's till, stockroom and online store in step.

We connect the point-of-sale, the web store, the supplier emails and the spreadsheets an independent shop runs on, so a sale in one place updates stock everywhere and the reorder list writes itself. You get a written scope you can read and approve before any work begins.

Sound familiar?

What independent retail stores tell us before a project starts.

  • We sell the last one in the shop and the website still shows it in stock.
  • Reorders live in the owner's head, and we only notice a shelf is empty when a customer asks.
  • Customer emails and phone numbers sit in the register and never reach our mailing list.
  • Our loyalty card is a punch card, so we have no idea who our regulars are.
  • Every month someone exports the sales report and rebuilds the same spreadsheet by hand.

What we build

Each one is a working piece you can open and check when it's done.

Stock that agrees across till and web

A sale at the register or online adjusts one count, with a nightly check that flags items where the two systems disagree.

API integrations and data sync n8n, Make and Zapier automation

Reorder lists that build themselves

Items under their minimum are gathered by supplier into a draft order, sent to you to approve, and logged when the delivery is received.

n8n, Make and Zapier automation Python scripts and utilities

Customers from the till into your email and text lists

New customers and their purchases flow from the POS into your marketing tool, with consent recorded and duplicates merged.

CRM setup and lead pipelines API integrations and data sync

Loyalty and repeat-visit tracking

Points, visit counts or a simple spend threshold kept in one place, with a reward message sent when a customer earns it.

Supplier price lists and catalogue loads

Price sheets and product files from suppliers cleaned and loaded into your item list, with changed costs highlighted before they go live.

ETL and data pipelines Excel and VBA tools

Daily sales and margin on one page

Sales by day, department and staff member, plus slow movers and best sellers, ready when you open the shop.

Dashboards and reporting

Example projects

Illustrations of the shape of the work, not past clients. Yours gets its own written scope.

Example project

Online and in-store stock in one count

Example: a gift shop with a Shopify store and a till on the high street wants each sale on either side to reduce one shared stock figure, with a morning email listing items where the counts disagree.

Lightspeed or Square, Shopify, scheduled script, email

Example project

Supplier reorder drafts

Example: a bike shop with six suppliers wants a draft purchase order built each Friday from items below their minimum, grouped by supplier, for the owner to approve with one click.

POS item export, Google Sheets, Gmail

Example project

Birthday and repeat-purchase texts

Example: a boutique wants customers who have not visited in ninety days to get a short text, and a small thank-you after their fifth purchase, using the contacts already in the register.

  • Dashboard: price position per SKU, 30-day price history, alerts feed
  • Slack and email alerts for undercuts, price moves, coupons and stock changes

Questions people ask first

Do we have to change our POS?

No. We start from the register you already use and what it can export or connect to. If it is the thing holding you back, we say so in the scope and compare options before anything moves.

Will this work if we are one shop with two or three staff?

Yes. Most of what we build runs quietly in the background and only messages someone when a decision is needed, so it suits a small team.

Can you work with a POS that has no obvious integrations?

Often, yes. Many systems offer an API, scheduled exports or a report you can email. We look at what yours offers first and tell you plainly what is possible.

How do we start?

Tell us which register and web store you use and the chore that eats the most time each week. We answer with questions or a written scope.

Tell us what you need built.

Email a few lines about what you want and which tools you use, or call. We reply with questions or a written scope.
